something i typed not in messages vanished when o thought i replied

i typed a lengthy reply on a forum and it seems to have disappeared - how can i get it back

Unfinished/unsent text message disappears On my iPhone 16.5 when I have a text message about ready to send and a new message comes and I click to see it, when returning to complete the text message not yet sent it is no where to be found. This situation has happened to me a few times and it is frustrating - of course it has to be when I have a long message too!!! Is there any way I can get that unfinished and unsent message back? TYIA

typed message crashes I wrote a message that crashes my phone and it is saved somewhere so when I open the conversation where k typed it it try’s to load in the message box how do I get it to go away

If you are unable to go back to the forum and see your typed message, then it is gone. That lengthy reply is not stored in the iPhone’s RAM for you to recover.
