Hello,
I believe you would have used BootCamp to install and run a Windows partition on your Mac and that is also how you would remove it.
Remove Windows from your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support

Use Boot Camp Assistant to remove Windows from your Mac.
WARNING: Back up all important data stored on your Windows partition before you remove Windows. The Windows partition will be erased permanently."
