MDM says account being signed in already exist?

I am not aware that my email address has an account? How do I get information on this?

Apple ID and dots in Gmail address Gmail ignores dots in the address. Someone created an Apple ID with my gmail address, but with dots removed. I got the initial emails, with codes for confirmation. I never sent these codes to anyone. The account still got created, and I get emails about this Apple ID and it's services. I want to remove this Apple ID from using my email address without authorization. I don't understand how it's even possible to create the Apple ID without the confirmation codes sent to my email. How can I proceed? I don't see a solution in normal support channels.

If you are trying to sign in with a personal email address, you will not be able to sign in. If you are trying to sign in with a work email address and are encountering issues, please reach out to your IT department.
