MacPro 2013 - Connectivity to monitor

Dear Community!

I have a late 2013 Mac Pro (trashcan) with a single HDMI 1.4 port.

I plan on getting an ultrawide 3440x1440p monitor and I wonder if I will be able to connect the device to the monitor and get a 3440x1440p 60hz experience.

IF not are there any converters that will help me achieve that?

Thank you!

Not through the HDMI port.

You'll need an adapter to go from one of the Thunderbolt 2 ports on the Mac Pro to the Display Port on the Monitor.

Something like this: link-> Silkland 8K Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort 1.4 Cable, [8K@60Hz, 4K@144Hz, 2K@240Hz] HDR, DSC1.2, G-Sync FreeSync, Mini DP [Thunderbolt 2 Compatible] - Amazon.com
