How can I secure my Apple ID. If My phone it’s been restore from somebody else computer?

Restoring on a computer does not grant that computer access to your Apple ID in any way.

Your Apple ID is just as secure as it has been. If you gave the other person your Apple ID password, you may want to change it however.
