For an example when going into cellular data settings application showing !!! On Home Screen it wasn’t 🙃 if anyone faced this issue let me also know The Solution , IOS - 16.0.3 (20A392) , iPhone 12 Pro
Did you check, if the app has been moved to the App Library?

Or has the app been restricted in the settings for ScreenTime? In that case you won't find the app on any of the screens until you disable the restrictions.

What is the name of the app? Is it "astronomy"? If so, that's a dynamic wallpaper that was added with iOS 16.
