Cellular data working but no apps listed as using data

iphone 13 running ios 16.4

Cellular data is working fine for all apps. Can not turn off data for individual apps as Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data show 0 bytes used in current period and states "Apps will appear after using data".

Alternatively, going to Settings and selecting ANY app (eg Maps) will not show Cellular Data under "allow Maps to access".

Any thoughts as to how to resolve?

Hello flyinghooks,

You should see apps listed in Settings under cellular that are using data.

Settings > Cellular then scroll to the bottom where it is titled Cellular Data.

Are there apps listed but are disabled or enabled?

Is the button white grey or green?

Try the settings in the article below for help with your cellular data. Perhaps something was enable by accident.
