iPad Stuck Button

Hi fellows

I am Vili. I am using an iPad Pro 2021 for year now. I take good care of it, I use it with a protecting case. The problem is, the power button is stuck inside the iPad. I can’t press it. I never had this issue, and was also not aware of it. As I use my iPad with a case, I never need to use the power button. (If i open the case, it turns on, once closed the i pad also turns off).Few weeks ago, when I want to Install an app, I was asked to press the power button 2 times. Which is when I discovered the issue. I am 100% sure that I never dropped my iPad. Is this my fault, or it will be repaired by apple. After sometime, I even found out that both volume buttons aren’t working. I can press them, but they don’t work.

Please help me with this issue. I never dropped it even once. I had, I would never bring this to a discussion, it would have been my fault.

I would like to know your thoughts in this. If anyone from Apple reading this please write to me.

it is a serious issue, as it wasn’t my fault.

What I think is that, it is stuck, just because I never used the button for a longer period.

Thanks

If any of the physical buttons of your device are stuck or do not work, your device will require repair. The physical buttons must be used to trigger a variety of recovery actions - such as a forced-restart or DFU Recovery. If you are unable to trigger these actions, it is only a matter of time before you encounter a situation from which you cannot recover.

This is a user to user forum only, Apple does not follow these discussions.

But, you should visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider next to your place and let them diagnose the iPad, which would be the fastest way to get a result and a solution.

Use this link to find one:

Or check this Apple page about your options to send directly to Apple, to get it serviced:
