Use the Support button at the bottom left of this page to contact Apple directly. Or again, if you are in the US call Apple at the number I provided above.
Then contact Apple directly. We are all users on this user to user only forum. We have no access to your account or order.
If you ordered from Apple directly, on the order confirmation, Apple always provides a date range of when your item should ship. Have you checked the order confirmation?
