If I get a new phone with more storage and put all my stuff on it will I automatically get the new storage it came with my new storage or will I have the same storage?

How do I put my phone storage on iCloud how can I transfer my phone storage to my iCloud? I pay extra for the iCloud storage, and it still says device is full. Why doesn’t it all just store automatically? I feel like it did before now it doesn’t.

The total storage capacity on your iPhone will remain the same. So, the storage capacity of your new iPhone will remain the same and will not change even if you transfer data from another device.
