I’m locked out

I’ve forgotten my Apple ID and password and the phone says iPhone locked to owner can anyone help

You have run into the Activation Lock. You will need to enter the right Apple ID Password to remove the Activation Lock.


Click 👉 If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

Click 👉 If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support


If you need help removing Activation Lock and have proof of purchase documentation, you can 👉 start an Activation Lock support request.
