IPhone 13 Pro died

Hello

one year after the purchase and as soon as a year guarantee ended, my iPhone 13 Pro died the day I had to go on a trip. It is blacked out. I tried to bring it to the service in the city where I stay, but they say it will take longer than a week. And I will need to pay. Why I need to pay for a problem inside the phone? And even if I pay, it can’t be repeated here. That’s how I am here without connection, access to my banking system, mail and office authentication and everything else. It died after being charged not long after I installed the recent update. What’s happening? How can such an expansive product be so unreliable?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

Hey there,

Did you go to an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service provider)? Or a third party Store for service? If you went to a third party store, maybe your iPhone doesn’t need a repair maybe just need a restart.

try charging it and make a force restart for your iPhone:

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

if that doesn’t help or you went to Apple Store or AASP , unfortunately we will not be able to give you anything else instead of repair your iPhone.

For the same reason you pay to have your automobile serviced; for parts and labor.

If you have AppleCare, then you should be covered based on the outcome of the inspection.

I recommend following the expert advice from Iafeef.
