So I just upgraded my storage and bought 50GB. Now my iPhone 11 isn't working. No app is working, I can't delete any photos or videos, and I can't even access any messages or anything. What is going on and what do I do?

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
