Downgrade to free iCloud storage

Hi, since my payment methods have been expired and also I wanted to downgrade my iCloud to free 5GB, I did all the relevant steps according to the website. But I couldn't click done even though I did using the same apple ID and also did research regarding it. Still I couldn't downgrade. What can I do now?

Downgrading my icloud stroage i followed all the steps to downgrading my storage since i no longer can pay for it, thing is the dine button ISNT greyed out. I CAN HIT IT but it DOESNT CHANGE my storage space at all. Can’t downgrade iCloud I want to downgrade my iCloud because every month I pay $3 for iCloud only for no storage to be added. I want to switch to the free option, but it just loads infinitely when I click it and never lets me click the “buy” button on the top left. I seriously don’t want to continue paying $3 a month but it looks like apple is forcing me to.

I am not able to downgrade my iCloud storage to the free 5GB on my iPhone When you click icloud on settings then manage storage option there you’ll find the downgrade option at the very bottom, now when you click that you’ll be presented with downgrade options. The problem is when i want to choose the free 5gb on icloud but i can’t even click done or proceed, IT WONT LET ME… And yes I have tried this on another device and i have also decreased my icloud storage to 606mb it still does NOT work. I have an online payment today I hope they solve this issue. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If you successfully clicked Done before, wait for it to expire. Otherwise. click here and use the link to contact Apple Support.
