1. Access your hard drive
2. Double-click the hard drive icon on your desktop
3. Navigate to your Internet Plug-Ins directory: /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/
4. Remove the plugin
5. Drag any of the following into your trash bin:

• • Silverlight.plugin
  • WPFe.plugin

Hope it helps.

Silverlight is a discontinued plug-in developed my MS years ago. You need to uninstall it. Try in the SystemSettings. It's used be there somewhere.
