unable to open apple tv app
I am trying to open apple tv app but everytime i delete and reinstall it,, it takes me to library page....how to remove this issue. pls help

The iPhone needs to be online for the Apple TV app to show content other than local library content (i.e. downloaded/synced videos).
- For Wi-Fi, no additional settings are needed.
