Ventura changed the decimal point from "," to "."

Hello,

When I upgraded to Ventura, I noticed that the currency format in Numbers changed from €1.000,32 to €1,000.32

I can't seem to find a way to change this from Language & Region. Please see the attached screenshot to see what I get.

I hoped the issue would get automatically fixed by upgrading to Ventura 13.0.1, but I just upgraded and I see no change.

Please help!
