How do I change currency in AppStore?

I currently live in Ukraine, but my AppStore currency is USD. The thing is the 'Country/Region' setting is set to 'Ukraine' with payment method in hryvnas (UAH), but currency in store is still USD. How do I change it?

It is not possible, also here the prices in the App Store are shown in USD$.

Only the prices in the iTunes Store are displayed in the currency according to where you live.
