LG 49WL95C monitor doesn‘t work anymore after upgrading to OS13 over usb-c
After upgrading to OS13 my external monitor LG 49WL95C doesen‘t work anymore over usb-c. Using a MacBook Pro from late 2018.

After upgrading to OS13 my external monitor LG 49WL95C doesen‘t work anymore over usb-c. Using a MacBook Pro from late 2018.
The source for that terminal command suggest you disconnect your external display, so that you can type of the built-in display. Then you have 20 seconds lead-time to re-connect your display, while killing WindowServer logs you out.

using the command
sudo sleep 20 ; sudo kill -9 $(pgrep WindowServer)
was the best workaround I have found so far.
Some people say that 13.0.1 fixed it, but it didn't for me.
But this is a temporary workaround.

nope, unfortunately not.
Updating to 13.0.1 didn't help for me.
Some users are reporting temporary relief by force-quitting the WindowServer process.
This will log you out, but on logging back in, often the screen is not scrambled.
Only work with usb-c to HDMI port but the resolution is lower than previous (5120 x 1440 with usb-c to Display port) under both of 13.0 and 13.0.1.
