Cellular problem

All of the sudden I have no service on my 12 pro max. My phone is updated to IOS 16.1.1, I have reset my network settings, hard reset, and took it to my carrier. They replaced my SIM but still had no luck getting my service fixed. My phone is in great shape with no damage. Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this? Or any clue why this is happening all of the sudden? 🤯
