My iphone 7 has some trouble getting service and in the settings it shows a cellular issue. How can I fix this and what’s the problem? I just updated it to 15.7.1 today hoping it’ll help but the problem of my phone is since the past few days my last update was a few months ago already before updating today.

You can manually check for and install carrier settings, and update with these steps: Make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.
