When i check the firewall i see that all traffic that goes to 17.57.146.0/24 is dropped
What does apple use these IP addresses for?

When reviewing the following article, Use Apple products on enterprise networks it says,
Firewalls
If your firewall supports using hostnames, you might be able to use most Apple services above by allowing outbound connections to *.apple.com. If your firewall can only be configured with IP addresses, allow outbound connections to 17.0.0.0/8. The entire 17.0.0.0/8 address block is assigned to Apple.
That isn’t showing specific IP addresses but perhaps we can narrow things down. Are you noticing an issue with certain connectivities?
