Path card

My Apple Card application got declined. I was offered a path card once I was done reading the terms it told me my time had expired? Can I enroll into the path card another way?

I cannot update my card with a new expiration date, nor can I remove my card. I get a warning that my card cannot be used because it has expired. Fine. I have the same card but now with an updated expiration date. I cannot edit the new expiration date, nor can I remove my card (because it still has purchases pending). Purchasing games on App Store I’m trying to add my card so I can get apps, but when I add my card information it says my card is past expiration, I just ordered this card and it isn’t past expiration. What do I do ?
