How to unlock iPhone 8 security lock

My iPhone 8 was locked , my Phone asked iCloud account to reset the iphone ,but forgot my iCloud password.I tried to recover my password but two steps verification apple send code to my device. Does there any way to recover my password and unlock my phone without reset?If I reset my phone my valuable photo and documents will be lost? I don’t want to lost my photos . Is it possible to unlock my iPhone?
