Adobe Photoshop Brush Rotation option (Twist)

Hello there,

There is a function in Adobe Photoshop Brushes: Brush Settings > Shape Dynamics > Control > Rotation.

So my question comes to the Photoshop app on iPad Pro. Is this function available, and if it is, does the Apple Pencil maintain it?
