I am unable to update WhatsApp

Hi… anyone there who can help me on the following matter,

When I opened my WhatsApp I got a msg to update WhatsApp and will expire in 14 days. when I tried to update it says my account has been disable in App Stores and iTunes.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from an Apple support -> click  contact Apple Support for help.
