Recently I’ve been trying to update my WhatsApp on AppStore but I was told my account has been disabled on AppStore and iTunes… I have tried several methods in order to reactivate my account but all to no avail… pls is there any other way I can update my WhatsApp
note: I can download any other app on AppStore just to update my WhatsApp

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support, click -> contact Apple Support for help.
