I brought IPhone 14 plus 1 week back, 4 days back I observed 2 dark circles visible on screen which are symmetrical to each other, can anyone tell why they appear, is it serious

This is a Faulty Device:

Yes. This is serious. So, contact Apple Support, requesting this be looked into. Seems like a manufacture defect.

Do you have a screen protector on? Have you cleaned the screen to see if the spots are still visible? You’re under warranty so you can take it to Apple to be inspected if you have cleaned it or if you have a screen protector on it and if you remove it the spots remain.
