Bricked apple watch

i got the new iphone 14 pro max (upgraded from iphone 12) and i factory reset my apple watch series 3 to be able to connect to my new iphone and it has been stuck on the apple logo all day. i tried a hard reboot more times than i can count but it always goes back to the apple logo, i let it die, charged it and still on the apple logo screen. it’s not paired with the old iphone, doesn’t come up on find my iphone and like i said it isn’t paired to my new iphone. any advice?
