sudo means super user do: So, you're best be from here is to change your administrator account password. The Super User is the administrator user you are currently in.

Just make sure that Remote Management is disabled in the Sharing System Preferences. There is also another setting there as well which allows remote access as well, but I forget what it is called (Screen Sharing perhaps?). IIRC the "Remote Management" option is the one which controls ssh access on a Mac.

With any NAT'ed networks, you must have a firewall configured to allow port forwarding in order to access a device from the Internet. Of course if your modem or router is compromised, then all bets are off. Same goes if any networked device on your local network is compromised.
