When I try to execute a Black Magic Disk Speed Test, the message:
The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have the necessary permission.
I can't change permissions, when I try, the same message is shown [as below]
Any ideas to deal with this?

Choose a folder within your home user folder.

That is simple. You are choosing a location where you don't have write permission - like the top level of your system drive.
If you want to test performance of your drive, choose a location you own, like your Desktop.
Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Users and Groups. Check that your logged in user is an admin user.
Was the drive used as a startup drive or Time Machine. You can't edit the permissions on those drives. It appears to be a standard drive, though.
