Ok this is getting really annoying, need help to fix this...


Here are my specs:

  • Model Name: MacBook Pro
  • Model Identifier: MacBookPro15,2
  • Processor Name: Quad-Core Intel Core i5
  • Processor Speed: 2,4 GHz
  • Memory: 8 GB

On an Intel Mac —



Try both


—resetting the SMC Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support


—resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)




if no resolve In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
