AppleTV 4K (2017) do not find/take newest OS

For some reason, since iOS 15, my Apple TV 4K (2017) don't take the new update.

Whether it's automatic or manual, don't see that there is a new release to install. To "force" it to install the latest version, I have to set-up it to receive also Beta software versions which I really want to avoid.

How can I fix this problem without making a "factory reset" of the device?

Thank you all for any suggestion!

(should find "tvOS 16.1.1")

I don’t think so. According to my device and online resources, tvOS 16.1 (build 20K71) is the current version, per October 24, 2022. About Apple TV 4K and Apple TV HD software updates - Apple Support.

Sorry if you have already tried this but as long as you are participating in the tvOS beta program you will not be able to install any actual updates.

Unenroll Your Devices

If you have tried this with no results then you might try a complete reset of your Apple TV

Failing that it may be necessary to take your Apple TV to an Apple Store or authorized Apple service provider for diagnosis.
