For some reason, since iOS 15, my Apple TV 4K (2017) don't take the new update.
Whether it's automatic or manual, don't see that there is a new release to install. To "force" it to install the latest version, I have to set-up it to receive also Beta software versions which I really want to avoid.
How can I fix this problem without making a "factory reset" of the device?

Sorry if you have already tried this but as long as you are participating in the tvOS beta program you will not be able to install any actual updates.
If you have tried this with no results then you might try a complete reset of your Apple TV
Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support
Failing that it may be necessary to take your Apple TV to an Apple Store or authorized Apple service provider for diagnosis.
For clarification. That update was for the latest model

tvOS 16.1.1, for Apple TV 4K (3rd generation) only, fixes an issue where Apple TV could become unable to install apps.
I have unenrolled the device from tvOS beta program but no chance, the device still not take the lastest tvOS (should find "tvOS 16.1.1")
I'm afraid I have to reset it to "factory settings"....

Problem solved!
I unenrolled my device from the tvOS beta program and today I was able to update my Apple TV 4k (2017) to the latest tvOS available v.16.2 (build 20K362)

it says:

I'm thinking to try first to reset it to "factory settings", probably Apple Support will ask me if I done this before...
