27 Cinema Display not recognized by Ventura

I have an Apple Cinema Display 27" with display port / thunderbolt 2 port. I purchased the apple thunderbolt 4 to thunderbolt 2 adapter. I have a Mac mini M1 connected to cdmi monitor. After upgrade to Venture, the Cinema Display will not be recognized. The Cinema Display does work with my MacBook Pro running Big Sur.

Mac mini, macOS 13.0
