Safari Hacked?

ok well it happened to me again now this time on Safari.

I managed to "Report a Bug To Apple" via the Safari menu at the top - and included the screenshot...

This has nothing to do with Safari. Safari has different caching logic than other browsers so that is why you may see things differently in different browsers.

The hack was re-applied this morning but was fixed within 10 minutes.

Still shows for many, here included. Only the base discussions.apple.com seems affected, and appears to have been replaced with a skeleton apple page now, plus the tojen part.

Firefox doesn't show it, safari & camino & a curl do, browser caches all trashed/emptied Depends which akamai server one gets routed to, no doubt.

My problem was originally with Firefox. Removing only the cookies for discussions.apple.com killed the problem.

Clearing cookies in the iPad's Safari also kills it.

That leaves the question of the source for this problem.

I have not seen it.
I'm running Safari 5.0.1 and have not seen it.
I have no extensions installed.

IMHO, this is not a Safari problem.
This is a glitch with the servers for whatever reason.

removing a session cookie named BIGipServerPool1827000

containing 1947765002.22555.0000

did indeed make the correct page show up in Safari,simply with a refresh. The cookie was replaced, with one containing

1880656138.22555.0000
