Facebook Marketplace messages

I sell stuff on Facebook Marketplace occasionally - personal stuff, not a business.

I have an iPhone 12mini and an iPad Air. Just today, my messages disappeared on my iPad when I access Messenger. They are still there on my iPhone. Marketplace Assistant on my iPad still works, but all my messages are blank and no new ones coming in.

Everything was working fine until today. What happened, and how can I fix it?

That’s a good question for Facebook support. Facebook is not an Apple product or service.

Thank you. I don’t know if this is an Apple problem or a Facebook problem at this point.

It’s not an Apple problem, it is a problem with a 3rd party app, unless your iPad has no available storage for more content. Go to Settings/General/iPad Storage and see.
