I’m trying to change my country/region on my phone to a region with credit or debit because it’s not letting me download anything it say verification required so how could I change that

Here are the steps Apple recommends to: Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support


You may need to contact Apple to clear any remaining balance associated with your Apple ID, if you cannot spend it.


Verification of purchasing information usually means reviewing and verifying payment information, and re-entering whatever might be missing. Apple will usually highlight whatever field or code that needs re-entry.
