Does not output Dolby Atmos from supported apps

I am from India. recently Purchased Apple TV. I am having issues in installed apps - ZEE5, Sony-Liv, aha, Prime-video etc. My device does not output Dolby Atmos from supported apps and the content in it. The same sites, I am using in my Sony TV gives full support with Dolby Atmos and 4K. Instead TV+, iTunes, and Netfilx gives the appropriate Audio and Video. Is there any solution for this?

Device setup: Ethernet-150mbps, Video Audio setup - 4k Dolby Vision & Atmos.

Connected Style: AppleTV - Audio quest Cinnamon 48 HDmi cable - Marantz SR7015 - Audio quest Cinnamon 48 HDmi cable - Sony Bravia 55X9000F

If some apps on the Apple TV box bring you content with Dolby Atmos audio, but other apps not, then that is because these apps do not serve content with such audio track through their app on Apple TV. That may be title specific, or an account setting, or an app setting, or it may be a device specific decision from the content provider. For more details, contact these content providers.
