Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

We are trying to get into an iPhone and don't know the password.We have gotten to a point were on the screen it says iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes. We just don't know what to do from here.

I need help with getting into an iPhone.

Unfortunately, you’ve apparently reached the state where “wiping” (completely erasing) - and restoring your phone from a backup - is your ONLY available option.


You will need a computer, a cable, and you WILL need your AppleID credentials.


Then proceed as follows:


If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
