Xcode Preview is part of iOS and iPadOS.

Xcode Preview should only be showing on an iPhone enabled for development.

For unknown reasons, it sometimes appears in other contexts.

Assuming Developer mode (iOS 16) is disabled here and app development is not happening here, and no profiles are loaded, back up, wipe, and reload the iPhone.

Details of those steps:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

How to factory reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

If developer mode is enabled, or if you’ve loaded one or more profiles, please provide some more info about that, including why developer mode is enabled and where these profiles were acquired.
