Resetting Apple Watch
My roommate found an Apple Watch and don’t know whose it is. He gave it to me and I was wondering if there a way to rest and delete the other persons account?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! If the Apple Watch is currently set up with the owner's device, the owner would need to remove it from their account before it can be used by anyone else.
