DELL S3422DWG Display resolution not detected properly

Mac OS Monterey 12.3 doesn't recognize my Dell display.

Its maximum resolution is "WQHD" 3440 x 1440. My Mac Mini wont go beyond 1920 x 1080.

Anyone got a fix for this?

Mac mini, macOS 12.3

Hey lost-sailor,

If your display is showing up but you’re not seeing the expected resolution, these steps could help:

1. From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences, then click Displays.
2. In Display Settings, select the external display in the sidebar, then press and hold the Option key while you click Scaled to see additional resolutions.
3. Select a resolution, then click Done.

Take care.
