Just checking my credit card statement and noticed .79p was taken on 9th Nov, which I purchased, but on the same day a further £5.34 has been taken and I have no record of what this is for. Have checked my history and my families history but nothing has been purchased. How do I take this up with Apple?

Hello ~ If you can’t view the purchase and it’s only showing up in your banking or credit card info then I would encourage you to contact them (banking institution or credit card) to make sure your information has not been compromised.

The ‘ request a refund’ link only lets you request a refund for items that show you have purchased. As there is no record of a purchase for £5.34, I can’t request a refund for it. Where does this leave me?
Go to my bank I suppose… but worried why it’s occurred
I followed all those links to report and look at history etc, but could not find anything purchased since my 79p on the same day. There doesn’t seem to be a clear way of contacting Apple about this. In chronological order, the money was taken AFTER the 79p was charged.
