Use a Computer and the eMail Provider:

Perform this filer creation on a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so. I recommend creating filters on your eMail provider's site. Once created, it would no go through.

If you wanted to, you could search for the link on Google while on your iPad. See if you can find the link about creating filters, directly on your eMail provider's site.
