Has anyone experienced iphone 12 Pro touchscreen keys not working, specifically the ones on the left side oddly. I’ve already done all the software upgrades and turned phone on and off, closed extra pages, closed down all apps…. Is it an iPhone 12 Pro thing or a faulty phone, internal software issues?

If you're sure that nothing (cover or screen protector or dirt) is interfering with that touch screen area, AND if you already tried (to no avail) a "forced" restart of your iPhone, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
