To update an iPhone by using a computer, see one of the following:

If the computer is a Mac running macOS Catalina or later: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with the Finder - Apple Support

If the computer is a Windows PC or a Mac running Mojave or earlier: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes - Apple Support

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
