Basic attestation CA1 certificate untrusted

This has been asked before about Basic attestation CA1 certificate untrusted but no solid answer that I could find. I have a newish MacBook Air, Ventura 13.0.1..This was asked on another Community Forum & shows the same as on my laptop: Not Trusted expires 3/21/32 I found this accidentally while looking at my KeyChain & under Certificates. Somewhere along the way I have read this is an Apple, California thing? If that's accurate then why does it say Not Trusted? & what do I do about it? Pls & thanx.
