Hello!! I have a group chat with other iPhone users. But one person in the group chat is an android user. My friends and I would like to add others to our chatting group but we can’t add anyone anymore. On other group chats it usually says “add contact” Is there a reason for this? My friend who uses the android also says Apple is getting rid of the connection to Apple and Android? I’m just curious here!!

It’s an SMS limitation. you cannot add (or remove) anyone from a group text that includes one or more SMS users. You must create such a group with all of the users it will ever have.
