Notification Center glitch when using lockscreen widgets

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. So we understand the issue fully, you're unable to check your notifications from the Lock Screen when Do Not Disturb is enabled, and only when using widgets on your Lock Screen, was that correct?

If so, since noticing the issue have you tried restarting your iPhone? If not, give that a try with the steps shown below: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.

3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

While restarting may seem like a simple step, it can often help with resolving some unexpected issues like this.

Thank you for the reply. We are glad to hear that you have the latest iOS installed already. 

Next, please review your Lock Screen settings to be sure that the Notification Center can be viewed when your device is locked. To open these settings: 

1. Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode. 
2. Review which features can be accessed from the Lock Screen in the section called “Allow Access When Locked”.
